During the VHC, our technician will check the function and condition of the lights, screen wash wipers, horn and the safety equipment inside the vehicle, as well as checking oil, auxiliary drive belts and fluid levels under the bonnet including the strength of the engine coolant. The VHC can be carried out at your home or in the car park at work and at any time of the day or night. It will take up to 30 minutes and It’s worth noting that we won’t carry out any repair work on your vehicle. We simply check the state of your car and provide you with relevant advice.
Generally, vehicle health checks are advised if you’re taking your car on a long journey or on holiday when you may be driving it in conditions which are different from those in which it’s normally used. Often before Winter and summer or between servicing. It’s at these sorts of times when you really need your vehicle to be reliable, because a breakdown while you’re on holiday or driving in bad weather is the last thing you want.
By letting one of our experienced technicians carry out a vehicle health check before you set off helps narrow the chances of any potential problems or nasty surprises with your vehicle.Call Us
